Been jobless for 4 months. Reason is that I cannot find a job that can fit into my school timetable, and where I can work for just 2 days per week. By the blessing of God, a job came by for me!
Was referred by Tony (my previous CGL) about this job... a
permanent part-time admin position at
Lewin Education Centre. I went for interview today at their YewTee branch. The boss, LiLing, seems really friendly and nice.
Praise the Lord, I'm employed! :D Due to my exam is around the corner, I had stated my available date is 14Nov. But she recommended me to start now as it is their busy period, and will be better for me to learn the things they are doing currently. She allow me just to work halfday for every Sat from tomorrw till 3rd week of Oct, after which I can stop and focus on my exam... then resume after exam with more days per week. So flexible... I like! hehehe... And, it is so near my place! Just take Bus302, 10mins can reach le. ;)
Really thank God for such a perfect timing in providing me with some source income. Indeed He is faithful and cares for me in all area. Praise & glory be to Him!

Went to Clinique Causeway Point with sister after interview. They told me to go down for their event on sampling for their new liquid foundation:

Since I do not have any sunblock, I decided to take this. I also just learned that sunblock is very important, especially to girls! Blocking away UV-rays will help to maintain our youthful look & prevent ageing. No wonder sun-tanning is always said to be very bad for our skin.
Sis & I had dinner at Yoshinoya. Seems like their prices for beef bowl is really high now... and their beef soup is now chargable. We shopped around for a loose powder to go with our liquid foundation. The Clinique one they used on us cost $60+ *faint* We got a smililar one from Maybelline (Porcelain shade). ^.^

Anyway, Marcus & I & ZhenHui went to Isetan (Scotts) on Wednesday... initial reason was to checkout their Levis jeans and want to put on reserve... bcos Isetan is having Private Sales from Thursday-Sunday. But the very model they wanted is not going to be on sales! Cos it is a new design. I intended to buy a pair of M)phosis platform... but also nv in the end.
Being a Clinique admirer now (haha!), we went to the Clinique counter to see see lor... see if they have any good discount or offers. INDEED they have!

My very first intention of my very first visit Clinique counter was wanted to get their medicated concealer...which will not just cover spots, but will also help discolored the spots/heal pimples. I nv buy then, bcos $30++ is very expensive... then Marcus & I end up trying their 3-Steps sample, and that's how I got hooked to Clinique. LOL. Back to topic: they now give this concealer to me for FREE! Totally solve my very 1st visit's problem. (I do not have any concealer before).Seems like they should pay me for advertising so much for them. Wahaha...
The Clinique lady said I had good complexion... if wanna look for job, should look for Clinique. Haha. Actually I got think of it before... just dunnoe how & where to apply. If i nv got today's job, I may have agreed and signup to be part of their team. How nice... work there with my favourite products... with all the samples I can enjoy... and with very good staff price to buy all my facial needs! *dreaming* HEHEHE. But I guess won't work... cos I can't & don't want to work on PH & weekends. =P
