Greetings to all my faithful readers! It's been quite sometime since I blogged... so long till i forget a lot of things that i wanted to blog about... :D well, i shall try to recall and see what can i retrieve from my long-term memory & put it into my working memory (ok... too much psychology books... haha...).

Graduate lo!
Last week I sat for my last 2 paper (if i pass all my 4 papers). While i studied, i had this bitter-sweet feeling. Bitter bcos i really dislike memorizing for exams. Sweet? I looked back at all these years after i came to know the Lord, remembering how He had always been with me when i was studying for exams. In good time He is there. In harsh times, i saw His Hands even clearer. The peace, sound-mind, and His wisdom that i've asked for during exam days... all these never fails. In busy time (while i was juggling between working full-time & studying), He gave me the grace to pull through all my assignments & to pass my exams - even when i only have 2-3days to study/read hundreds of pages. Without God, i won't be able to make it. By His grace, i'm here. He is amazing, beyond words.

Revelations
The weeks while i was studying for my exams, God revealed things to my heart, and i pen it down on my post-it pad.

1.) God alone is our Source of growth. He alone is enough.
Indeed, relationships are impt, and God uses them to mould & shape us. But relationships with others is not the main thing. It helps, but it is not the source of our growth.

2.) The night before Rev. Robb Thompson's service, i was telling God quite some stuff... about knowing God in the mind & heart is different etc... then, sat service came. God spoke through Rev. Robb Thompson to me! God confirmed all those things that i've mentioned in my prayer just the very night before. Almost everything Rev. Robb was saying, i was 'wow-ing'... GOD IS AMAZING!!!

3.) Jesus' Source of growth while on earth is God the Father & the Holy Spirit.
Jesus do not have a perfect human example to follow... no spiritual leaders can be above Him... yet He remains perfect & sinless. Isn't that amazing? Because He continually communicates with the Father & Holy Spirit... He is in communion with Them. This again shows that God alone is our Source of growth & spirituality. And bcos of Jesus' perfect life, He gave us access to the Father & Holy Spirit through Him! I knew this all along... but this time... i really saw it in a different light. What a previledge! What an awesome gift of salvation! God indeed soooooo love us, that He gave His only Son to die for our sins bcos we cannot save ourselves, so that we can have relationship with Him!!!

Gyu Kaku
Went to Holland Village's branch for the 1st time. It's pretty cozy. They have Wagyu Beef buffet over there... and i think it was very worth it. I had a new favourite dish there: Shabu Shabu! The beef is super thin & very nice to eat with their tare-sauce. Thanks to Marcus for the treat!

Counseling Ministry Retreat
It's my 1st time going retreat with church! Feeling a bit excited & also nervous... cos i dunno anyone who are going... =( But i believe it will be a very spiritually-charged 3 days & a lot to learn. My itinerary for the 3 days in Mercure Resort (Johor) as follows... (just FYI, in case anyone cannot find me. lol.)
