My restaurant black out today!

It was around 8.30pm. Everyone was busy serving customers. Got 2 big group today. 1 table of 13 pax & another table of 8 pax. Me & a colleague just finished portioning 8 bowls of bibimba, and the the lights went off! As usual... blackout is always followed by people going "wooooo..." I expect the electricity to come back soon... but it didn't. A table of english customers were very nice. They tried to help us to fix it back etc. When they left, they kept saying "it's okay it's okay, we'll come back again." =)

In 5 mins time, the whole place was filled with smoke from the BBQ pot... cos e vacuum had stopped. So we asked them to wait outside. Served them ice water & cold towel. In the end, all customer left cos they dunwan to wait any longer. =S And know what? They didn't offer to pay! The table of 13 had almost finish their food le... left dessert only lor... Shld at least pay abit? They had ordered about $700 worth of food leh. The table of 8 also... ordered about $400. Why singaporeans like that de? So tan-xiao-pian-yi. Got a table of angmo only had some drinks, but they also pay lor. However, got a local couple very nice... it's their 1st time here, after being recommended by their friend that we have very good service & food. The lady did say that our service is really good. Lucky. If not dun think they'll come back anymore. haha. I still felt very bad thou i already tried my best to serve them even during the blackout... cos it's the couple 1st time there & it's the lady's birthday! Kind of spoil her day. Still, they were very understanding... =)

Came home by bus 2day... cos no electricity... thus cannot do business. haha. Boss nv scold also... cos when the chef called him n tell him we got a blackout, he also very shocked... nv encounter such problem b4.

It always says that angmo are racist. But after i work here, i feel that they are actually much much more polite than asians. They are always the one that will say "thank you" even thou it is our job to serve them. They are not as yaya as ppl think. Somehow, asians are much more difficult to serve. Mafan. haha...

Nice experience today! :) Kind of fun. Haha... but not a good day for boss uh. Loss. =X

My itchy fingers go n lock my Kingston Memory Card. And know what? It is locked... foreVer! Stupid Nokia created a function "Set password to Memory card", which most of the SD cards dunhave e function. Stupid Kingston MiniSD card nv write in down to warn users. When i call the Kingston-S'pore, the guy can tell me eXactly what is my phone model n wat problem i have. I was so pissed that made me kind of rude to him. I was aLmost shouting when toking to him. =X Poor guy... so many ppl must have call him like i did everyday... as if is his fault. tsk.

I actually wanna upload my photos n blogged here. now... all e PHOTOS ARE GONE!!! ALL!!!

Gonna get it replaced by e distributer 2mlo. Still, i can't get back my photos rite? Grrr...
Went to UE to eat last week. So much nicer to dine in as compared to chijmes. The new dish, US Karubi, was so nice! Can 'fight' with Wagyu karubi... which is twice e price. Had a very nice lunch there... enjoyed myself lots... =)

Saturday, Mike Connell came. Deliverance service was aMazing. The whole church compound was like a refuge camp... with ppl screaming & crying & vomitting... and with ppl handling out tissues & plastic bags... The power of God is there to deliver & casting out demons! And it reminded me of the part where Jesus was casting out demons from a boy... with all those manifestation too.
