I baked 3 oreo cheesecake yesterday night. The preparation almost killed me... Start at 7pm... finished baking at about 11.30pm! =( The reason for baking so many? 1 is for family to eat... cos 2mlo my cousins and aunties will be coming to celebrate Mother's Day with my grandma... So sad i won't be at home... cos i got choir and i need to leave in the morning... but... Serving God is more impt. =)

Another 2 cakes are ordered by a friend. So i end up baking 3! The crushing of the oreo is the most tedious. Anyway, the outcome was quite good. Looks nice... but i'm so blur to forget to take photos of the 3 cakes together...! I'll do it later... Here is one photo that shows all the ingredients i used before i start wOrk... ^^
