1st Choir Practice

Yay. I pass my audition and get into the choir ministry. Had my 1st choir practice today at Expo before service. A lot of people... Sister Annabel is our leader. She really hv a nice powerful voice! She let us spent the first 15mins to get to know people... must know at least 10 names. Learnt a new song today... very nice song... like hiphop song... nice nice...! I like it! =) It just sounds so nice when different parts sing together. ^^ Next week will be having a new comers' practice.

After choir practice, went to airport with mingying & nicholas for lunch. I simply love the horfun there! mingying too. Thanks to my recommendation! hehe... :P We like the place so much... nice sofa & atmosphere, nice food, cheap drinks, nice view too!(can see the control tower).

Today Pastor Mark Conner came. Nice to have him here... make the sermon interesting. Next wk will be having Pastor Casey Treat... i haven't see him b4... And nx nx wk will be having Pastor Phil Pringle from Christian City Church(CCC). Another great man of God! =)

For the whole of this month, CHC was having blood donation drive. The celebration of Easter shares about Jesus giving His blood for us to save our lives. So when we donate blood, we help to save/prolong peoples lives too. I didn't go for it... cos I'm scared of the thick needle... =X But i guess 1 day i'll try... need more courage... =X

Guess i haven't shared about the healing God brought to me?
I woke up in the middle of my sleep at 3am+ (forget which day), feeling itch & pain in my right eye. I tot got mosquito... but then, the sore eye thingy struck me. I jump out of my bed in horror, on the light & look into the mirror. SO RED! I was like "oh my... this is terrible..." So i quickly put on some eye drops (which surprising had been in my room for a few wks le, but nobody using it. Seems like it's there just for me.). And I went to pray. I claimed His promises... and telling Him that i entrust myself onto Him... and I told Him that I know He loves me and have heard my prayer thou it's 3am+... and I went to sleep with His peace in me.
The next day, i woke up totally healed! Hallelujah! I recalled my prayer... and i found that my prayer was neither long nor alot alot of faith. In fact, i was very sleepy at that time. It was merely a faith as small as a mustard seed! And i understand what Jesus had said: “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you." [Matthew 17:20]

Hear Me Out

Besides God, who is always hearing me out at times when i REALLY need a listening ear?
I find none.

There are sooooooooooo many times that i really need some friend(s) to hear me out, but end up facing the computer, and talking to the It (blog). Is it so hard to find someone to be there for me at the VERY time i need?

Technology nowadays are so advance. An sms at most only cost us 1 min; When it's difficult to meet up, MSN is always a place to gAther; Plus there are Emails, Friendster & Blogger's Tag. Still, i'm like lost touch with friends.

Have u guys watch the 9pm show on channel 8? In the show, LiNanXing's wife (Carol) was lost. Nobody knows where she is, dead or alive. Even her own family and close friends doesn't know what actually is she working as. Her laptop shows that she is handling millions of dollars of transaction. But nobody knows why. Her thoughts, feelings and life was in total mistery. That's why her disappearance shock everybody she know. Kind of sad isn't it?

I guess if i got lost one day, no one would know where am i & wat actually happen to me.
Kind of feeling depressed. So is my post now. But nth wld happen to me lar... cos i have a Heavenly Father watching over me. My life belongs to Him... so i dun have the rights to ruin myself... If not for Him, i will not have e strength to sustain.
